Nithin who has scored back-to-back hitss with Ishq and GJG has teamed up with director Puri Jagannadh for Heart Attack film which has hit the screens worldwide today. Touted to be a romantic love story, the movie features Bollywood actress Adah Sharma as the leading lady and she marks her Tollywood entry with the movie.

Heart Attack film was shot in the exotic locales of Spain and Amol Rathod is behind the camera. Anup Rubens who delivered chartbusters for Nithin earlier has composed tunes and Heart Attack music has received good response. Story
There will be nothing much to expect on the stories from Puri Jagannath movies. Its Puri’s style to make movies on story lines rather than a deep story. So what’s the story line of Heart Attack?
Varun (Nitin) is an orphan who does not believe in relation ships. He goes around the world as a traveler visiting many countries and working part time for his income. He comes to Spain.
Hayati (Adaa Sharma) from India visits Spain to help her friend in her love. Nitin will fall in love at first sight with Hayati. He proposes her for an hour deep kiss.Irritated with his proposal Adaa Sharma starts a fight with Varun. These silly fights will make Hayati fall in love with Varun. But she will not express it.
Varun tactically plays a game to help Hayati’s friend in her love and makes it a success. Hayati will be impressed. But Nitin says that their relation will end up to a kiss. Hayati accepts for kiss but will make an agreement with him on another condition. Whats the condition of Hayati? Who is Hayati? How did Goa kidnappers enter this love story?
