Rajendra Prasad as Akhil Akkineni’s Screen Father in V V Vinayak Film

Ever since the announcement of filmy debut of Akhil Akkineni, son of actors Nagarjuna and Amala, is made, there’s a huge buzz on the film. Apart from being star kid, Akhil’s good looks and his sport (cricket) talent have become his additional qualifications. Naturally, every small info related to his launch film is making headlines instantly.

The latest buzz doing the rounds in Film Nagar is that veteran actor Rajendra Prasad will be seen essaying the father role of Akhil. Billed to be a socio fantasy, the yet-to-be titled film is being directed by VV Vinayak. Writer Veligonda Srinivas, who had penned story for Nagarjuna’s Dhamarukam, is providing story for the film.

Newbie Sayesha Saigal is pairing up with Akhil. Fans are expecting that the film would have references to Akhil’s grandfather-doyen ANR and parents Nagarjuna, Amala somewhere in the film to make it a treat to Akkineni fans.
