Pawan Kalyan, Venky OMG release date

Victory Venkatesh and Power Star Pawan Kalyan have given nod to remake of Bollywood hit Oh My God and the pre-production works of the film are in progress. Before the film has even hit the floors, the makers have announced the movie release date as October 2, on the eve of Gandhi Jayanti.

While Pawan Kalyan will be essaying the role of Lord Krishna, Venkatesh will be seen as middle class common man. D. Suresh Babu and Sharrat Marar are jointly producing the movie on Northstar Entertainments and Suresh Productions.

Dolly of Thadaka fame may direct the movie but the makers are yet to announce director. The regular shooting will commence from May and both the stars have allocated their call-sheets for OMG remake.
