Prabhas as Alluri Seetarama Raju!

Young Rebel star Prabhas is currently busy shooting for period drama Baahubali film. The movie will show Prabhas as a warrior and even before the movie has hit screens there is an interesting piece of news that he’s going to play warrior another time. This time it will be as freedom fighter from tribal areas, Alluri Seetarama Raju.

Fact is that Krishnam Raju, Prabhas’ uncle will produce this period drama. The idea occurred to senior hero Krishnam Raju after he visited the sets of Bahubali. In Prabhas he saw a great warrior and the angry young man looks he thought would best fit for the role of Alluri Seetarama Raju!

In fact Krishnam Raju himself wanted to do the movie but for reasons known to him he could not that he now wants his young nephew to do! Back in 70s Sr NTR planned to do but it was Krishna who materialized. The movie starring Super Star Krishna and Vijaya Nirmala won several awards and continues to reign as one of the best movies TFI ever produced!

We need to wait a little more to see who will direct the movie and rest of the cast! This will go on floors after Prabhas is done with Bahubali project!
