Kiran Kumar named person got arrested for posting private photographs of a malayalam actress on social media in order to blackmail money from her, the 38 year old person was arrested by Ernakulam central Police as the actress filed a complaint on him.
He threatened the actress to give him 75 lakhs or he is going to put her pics in social media, as the actress ignored, him he leaked some of the pics on social media. The officer from central police told the ‘The Times Of India’, that kiran was a production associate, and the two were once lovers and wanted to get married but he hidden the fact that he was already married from Mythili. Knowing he was married she broke up with him.
The Assistant Commissioner k Laljy from Ernakulam told that he was charged under ther section 354 IPC for an intent to outrage a woman’s modesty, 354C for putting private images and section 67(A) of IT Act for publishing sexually explicit images.
