A R Murugadoss Confirms Rakul As The Female Lead In His Next With A Tweet

The popular director A R Murugadoss who is going to direct Super Star Mahesh Babu on silver screen has tweeted that Rakul Preet has been confirmed as the female lead in his next opposite Mahesh.  He tweeted that ‘Rakul Preet plays the leading lady in my next film with Mahesh’.  The movie is titled as ‘Vascodigama’.

As a response to his tweet Rakul gave reply to A R Murugadoss tweet.  She tweeted that ‘Thanku so much sir.  Such a privilege to be working with you and Mahesh sir.’

This literally confirms that Rakul has been chosen as the female lead for Mahesh and Murugadoss’s next.  There are many speculations about Rakul being in or out, but finally she made it in.

At first Parineeti Chopra has been taken as the female lead of the movie, but due to some issues she is out of the project.  Immediately Rakul name was considered by the director.  Rakul has acted with almost all the top heroes of T-town.  She maintained her consistency and improved her acting skills since her debut.

She created a huge fan base for herself and here she is holding a big project in her hand to star against Mahesh under the direction of most eligible director Murugadoss.  In order to take up this project Rakul has given up on a movie under the direction of Gopichand Malineni opposite young hero Sai Dharam Tej.

She got casted in the Gopichand malineni’s movie before the makers of Vascodigama approached her, but she let go the movie only to star against Mahesh.  Rakul was previously approached by the makers of Brahmotsavam movie while she was shooting for Nannaku Prematho in London, but she could not adjust the dates and so left the opportunity, but she did steal this opportunity as soon as it knocked her door.
