Vijay Deverakonda’s Home production, Meeku Maathrame Cheptha, got released yesterday and received the mixed reviews. Critics and fans criticized the “cheap production values” with that Vijay Deverakonda and his team had created the film. Some went on to comment that Meeku Matrame Chepta looked like a brief film in terms of its visual charm.
Now, in a very latest interview, Vijay Deverakonda’s father and Meeku Matrame Chepta’s co-producer Vardhan Deverakonda unfolded regarding the criticism on the production values. Vardhan mentioned that they didn’t compromise while creating the film which they’d spent nearly Rs 5 crores on Meeku Matrame Chepta.
“The visuals are looking dull due to a technical glitch that occurred during the Digital Intermediate (DI). Several scenes were shot in the night effect and even they turned out to be dull on the screen,” said Vardhan.
Meeku Matrame Chepta Directed by Shammeer Sultan, Meeku Matrame Chepta has director Tharun Bhascker, Abhinav Gomatam, Vani Bhojan, Pavani Gangireddy, Anasuya Bharadwaj, and Avantika Mishra in Major roles.
