Lately, Tollywood is witnessing new love stories of the young stars.  It has been not even a month since the news of Naga Chaitanya and Samantha being in love with each other was in news.  Now it’s Akil Akkineni’s turn to reveal his heart.  Sorry to break the hearts of young lasses out there who are in love with Akhil, but a leading English daily published that Akhil Akkineni got engaged to a girl who is not from the industry, which came as a shock to everyone.

The daily published an article about Akhil being in head over heels in love with a designer in Hyderabad.  The daily also revealed the name of the girl as Shriya Bhupal, who is a daughter of city based entrepreneur Shalini Bhupal.  It is also said that Akhil and Shriya have been dating for a long time now also shared it with their respective families already.

But Akhil Akkineni immediately denied the news of engagement and confirmed that he introduced a girl to his parents and they were totally happy about his relationship with the girl.  He went on and shared that his love interest is not from the film industry and that is the reason why he is guarding it from revelation before media.  Akhil’s lady love has completed her education in New York and is an ambitious designer.

Akhil who has delivered his first movie with his name as the title “Akhil” is yet to start his next project.  All the fans of Akhil are avidly waiting for his next project and it is getting delayed time by time, but thanks to Akhil for revealing such wonderful news from his personal life, all his fans will be having a feast right now.
