Akkineni Family, The Most Liberal In Tollywood!

Looks like happy days are flaunting in Nagarjuna’s family. Both his sons are in love and have found someone who makes them happy. However, everyone is waiting for an official announcement from Nagarjuna related to his son Naga Chaitanya and Samantha’s wedding. A big fat trend-setting wedding is expected and Nagarjuna has whole-heartedly accepted Samantha as his daughter-in-law. Samantha doesn’t come from a big background unlike Naga Chaitanya.

The Telugu Film Industry had many inter-caste marriages. But not all people in the industry has the same sort of opinions as they preparing choosing people from same caste even if they have to appoint office boys or assistant directors. Generally, the caste dominates everything. But, talking about Akkineni’s family, his family is the most liberal family in Tollywood. His father Nagarjuna married Amala who is different caste. His family is very broad minded and has no objections of inter-caste marriages.

The Akkineni’s family supports and encourages inter-caste marriages and he daughter-in-laws of the family has low backgrounds. This never effected the decisions of the family members and now Naga Chaitanya and Akhil are also going to do inter-caste marriages with their lady love. It’s the entire mind set of the people and in today’s world, casteism shouldn’t be encouraged. The mentality of the people should be changed with the changing time and in Telugu film industry, unless one delivers a big hit, one would not get the support, if he is from other caste.

Akkineni’s family stands exception and if one calls Akkineni’s family as the most liberal in the film industry, the title supports the flow. And there is no doubt in it. Encouraging inter-caste marriages is clearly seen by the family and this makes them stands unique from the rest in Tollywood.
