Voluptuous siren Poorna has bagged a plum and unthinkable offer. She is going to shake legs with none other Mahesh Babu. If reports are to be believed Poorna will be doing a special song in Mahesh Babu’s forthcoming film directed by Koratala Siva. While Shruti Haasan is playing Mahesh’s love-interest in the film, director wanted to imbibe a special song in the film.

According to unit sources, it’s a peppy song set against rural background and the makers were on lookout for an actress who is an exponent in classical dance. Since Poorna is trained Kathak dancer, the offer landed on her lap and she grabbed it instantly. It is learnt that Poorna has to do some challenging traditional dance moves in the film.

Poorna shot to fame with Ravi Babu’s thriller Avunu. Although she was seen in Allari Naresh’s Laddu Babu, the film failed to bring attention. She is now doing Avunu 2, sequel for Avunu.
