Baahubali 2: Nizam Rights Sold Out for Record Rs. 45 Crore

One of the leading distributors in Nizam area took hold of the theatrical distribution rights of Telugu biggie, Baahubali2 – The Conclusion which is only six months left to finally release across the world. What was not divulged by the Baahubali team is the price. Asian Films Sunil Narang captures the rights by rewarding the producers a gross of Rs 45 Crore. This is an all-time record price for Nizam area and it almost twice amounts the Baahubali part one was sold for.

Further big distributors like Suresh Babu and Dil Raju were in huge combat but they didn’t come up with such huge price and Asian Films paid such shocking amount to which producers couldn’t stop giving them. This record price created a crease in Tollywood film industry. Now, the Baahubalisecond part should gross approximateRs 80 Crore in Nizam if the distributors have to get a break-even point. Baahubali – The Beginning had earlier collected Rs 68 Cr in Nizam area. Baahubali – The Conclusion which is also known as Baahubali 2 earliersold out for USA/Canada for a whopping price of Rs 43Crore.

So,Nizamis one of the biggest markets for Tollywood movies, place an all-time new record in terms of pre-release projects.
