Balakrishna vows to convince centre for Bharat Ratna to Senior NTR

Yesterday morning the most happening film star and the Senior hero Balakrishna and the Telugu Desam party’s Hindupur MLA paid the homage to his father and the senior and legendary actor who is also the Chief Minister for Andhra Pradesh NT Rama Rao on his 21^st death anniversary at NTR Ghat in Hyderabad. Balakrishna is in full swing with his recently released movie Gautamiputra satakarni which is a historical epic movie under Radha Krishna direction. This movie was released for Sankranthi and got a huge response from the audience and is going at rocket speed in Box Office.

Balakrishna who attended the event at NTR Ghat spoke to the media people who are there and said that he will strive very hard to exert the pressure on the center and to convince the ruling party to bestow the whole country’s highest civilian award Bharath Ratna for NT Ramarao. Bharat Ratna is the award which is originally very limited and is given to any field of human endeavor. The recommendations for this Bharat Ratna awards can be made by Prime Minister to the President and only three nominees can be chosen for a year. The first Bharat Ratna award was given to Rajagopalachari, Sarvepalli Radhakrishna who is a philosopher and the well-known scientist CV Raman. These people were honored in the year 1954. Sachin Tendulkar received this award when he was 40 years old and he is the young recipient to receive this honorable and prestigious award.

                               Balakrishna said that he will exert pressure on the center and convince the ruling party with so much effort and get the prestigious award Bharat Ratna to NT Ramarao who is his father and a legendary human being. Balakrishna said that his father NT Ramarao is a huge force and he changed the face of Politics and the people lives in Andhra Pradesh at that time.
