Now the director of the film, Surender Reddy, has confirmed it . “Am happy to announce Rakul Preet as female lead in Kick 2!”, Surender Reddy posted on his official page.

‘Kick’ was one of the biggest hits in the careers of both Ravi Teja and Surender Reddy and the duo assure that the latest part will be more entertaining than the first. Nandamuri Kalyan is producing this film on NTR Arts banner. Thaman is the music director.
