Government of Telangana to introduce TS-WALLET

The Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is making all his efforts for the Telangana people to introduce some effortless and suitable ways of Transaction modes in the state, which is the amidst of the ongoing panic in the people after the sudden announcement of Demonetization of the higher currency notes Rs 500 and Rs 1000 by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Cashless Transactions

Telangana CM is giving high importance to resolve the issues facing by public, in the state cabinet meeting at the evening they decided to introduce TS-WALLET which is a similar application to Rupay. The main purpose intended to use for all the cashless transactions in the state. The main aim of this TS-WALLET is to provide the people to resolve the present issues by going with the cashless transactions. Telangana is a newly formed state and had less than 1 lakh swiping machines in the state which are not sufficient at all the places in the state to do the cashless transactions. So the cabinet is reportedly approved to bring the adequate number of swiping machines to familiarize the people with the cash less transactions.

These steps are taken to make the Telangana state a corruption free state and the Cabinet already discussed about this issue and finalized Siddipet to be the first 100% cashless district in State, TS-WALLET will allow the people to go with the easy type of transactions through Online and there is no need to go after banks for the tiny transactions.

After the meeting Telangana CM spoke to the media, that there will be no discussions taking place about the wages of the state employees next month and he also said bout the state income had a huge drop in amount. CM said his opinion that because of the Demonetization there is a huge impact on Real estate and the small scale business. It is said that the CM KCR had a brief meet with PM last week and they discussed about the condition of state and they are confident about the state’s contribution in achieving Digital India.
