Great Honor to A.R Rehman in Canada

Music Meastro A.R Rahman added another feather in his cap. He has earlier been named as “Mozart of Madras”. He is famous for innovative trend setting music. His original score for the movie “Slum Dog Millionaire” brought him Oscars. Awards are numerous to his credit. The ace composer has won two Academy Awards, two Grammy Awards, a BAFTA Award, a Golden Globe, four National Film Awards, fifteen Filmfare Awards and thirteen South Filmfare Awards in addition to nominations.

As a unique reward, a street has been named as “Alla Rakha Rahman Street” in Markham, Ontario in Canada. He proudly had a photograph with the board in his hand.
