Hard Time for Chiru’s Khaidi No 150!!

Chiranjeevi is coming after a long gap with his comeback film Khaidi No 150, which is also 150th film for him. This film is scheduled for the release as the Sankranthi treat for the audience. This film already was done the Pre-release business of whooping 100 Crore. Is it a Risk or Move from the Mega Coterie?

If we recall the Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s recent release Sardaar Gabbar Singh, this movie also had the similar economics and hype in the Industry at that time. It also has the several commercial elements, a demigod actor in the lead along with the Kajal glamor. The music for that movie is also composed by the Top music director Devi Sri Prasad and it is also released for the Holiday season. This movie also did the Pre-release business as 100 crores, but despite collecting a worldwide share of 50 Crore, it stood as the disaster of all time.

The expanded market and the hype of the movie are advantageous, but the audience will always consider the story and content of the film. If it doesn’t strike the audience, no star hero can save the film at the Box Office. Coming to reality, Khaidi No 150 is the remake film and there is also the wave of negativity about the film in the Industry. Taking the Theme of the film ( Suicide of Farmers ) Chiranjeevi already had the damaged image as the Politician, along with this it can be seen the disaster record of V. V. Vinayak with his last two films. The music of this film also didn’t attract the audience till now.

Heavy Competition for a Remake film

Moreover, Khaidi No 150 will have to be in the race with the most awaited Historic Epic fresh film of Balakrishna’s Gauthamiputra Satakarni. Already the Trailer of the film made huge hype for the film in the audience and the Nandamuri fans. Along with this Dil Raju’s Satamanam Bhavathi will hit the theaters for Sankranthi, which cannot be downplayed considering the earlier small films. Since Chiru took a safe game option by choosing the remake, it seems like the makers took a huge risk by selling the rights to exorbitant prices.
