Mahesh Babu thanks his fans for winning Filmfare award

With the flow of awards during the 63 rd film fare awards held in Hyderabad on 18 of June, the mega star, Mahesh Babu has also bagged in awards. This award marks the fifth film fare award of Mahesh Babu. Mahesh Babu won the award for best Actor for his movie ‘Srimanthudu’. This can be further titled as a record feat by any leading Telugu Star. Without his bold/intense performance in his movie Srimanthudu, he would not have been able to get this award.

Mahesh Babu was not able to attend the film fare event and receive this award personally as he is having his vacation in UK so the makers of Srimanthudu took the award on behalf of Mahesh Babu. The 63 rd Britannia film fare Awards 2016 was held at an international convention centre which was attended by almost all the super stars of Tollywood industry made their presence.

Apart from these, the actor also won many awards in his career. He has won 7 Nandi awards and 2 SIIMA awards for his performance in different movies. And Srimanthudu has gained him another award for his performance at the IIFA Usavam Awards. Talking about the movies Mahesh Babu has done, he was seen as a child artist in 9 movies and as hero in 22 films which comprises of his acting life spreading over 3 decades.

And since he was not able to deliver a thank you speech at the awards function, he made sure he thanks all his fans by some means of communication. And so using Twitter, he posted a short note where he expressed his feelings for receiving the award and thanked all his fans because without them this award would not have been possible. He was so excited to win this award that he was posting a series of tweets on twitter.

After all it was an award for best actor!
