Recently, there is news that is creating quite a buzz in the cine world that Akhil Akkineni is in love with a designer.  There are reports that Akhil is in love with a girl who is not from the filmy world.  A leading daily has published that Akhil is in love with the designer who hails from Hyderabad.  The name of the girl has also been revealed as Shriya Bhupal.
