Rambha is Third Celebrity Troubled Marriage

Many celebrity couples are falling apart these days given their differed schedules and demanding careers. The latest one such case is none other than one of the most popular Yesteryears South Star – Rambha. She was a famous face especially during the 1990s and early 2000s. She has a number of successful hits to her credit.

Rambha Files for Divorce

Her husband Indran Pathmanathan is a businessman based in Canada.  The actress settled down with her husband in Toronto, Canada after her marriage.  She has a 5-year-old daughter and 19-month old toddler girl. The marriage was on the rocks with the two living separately for quite some time. She finally moved to Chennai Family Court to file for divorce from her estranged husband Indran Pathmanathan. The next hearing for the petition will come up on December 3^rd. This news of her troubled marriage follows next in line after Tamil Celebrities Amala Paul and Soundarya Rajinikanth.

Vijayalakshmi who is better known by her state name Rambha has done several South Indian films.  Her acting career includes more than 100 movies including South Cinema and Bollywood. She never faced a language barrier as she did movies in various languages like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, Bengali and Bhojpuri. She acted alongside famous actors including Rajinikanth, Vijayakanth, Kamal Haasan, Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Venkatesh, Mohanlal, and Mammootty. The beautiful Star did her final movie in 2011 with Dileep in “The Filmstaar”.

The latest celebrity divorce fresh in people’s memory is Hrithik Roshan and Suzanne Khan.
