Karnataka’s former chief minister as well as the well known producer Kumaraswamy are said to go on a deal with director Surender Reddy with producer Kumaraswamy willing to shell out a whopping Rs 10 Crore towards the remuneration for the director Surender Reddy. This is for the director to direct Nikhil Gowda. considering that the director Surender Reddy is currently paid only Rs 1.5 Crore towards fee on the ongoing project called Thani Oruvan, which is a remake featuring Ram Charan Tej.
Debut Movie Jaguar
This is truly an attractive offer and we last heard that the director Surender Reddy might go up to direct Nikhil Gowda once he is done with Ram Charan Tej’s movie. The movie Jaguar in which Nikhil Gowda debuted earned a huge budget of Rs 75 Crore. Later, the movie tanked away leaving no trace. Meanwhile, the T-town followers and supporters are thinking whether this move will be good or not for the director Surender Reddy to direct Nikhil Gowda once he is done with Ram Charan’s movie. According to the T-town industry, the director Surender Reddy would certainly take up directing Nikhil Gowda once he is done with Ram Charan’s Movie given the huge paycheck but does not term it a great move for the director.
Kick 2 Success
The director Surender Reddy’s last movie Kick 2 did not go so well at the Box Office. However, the director Surender Reddy teamed up with the Tollywood star Ram Charan Tej due to his non sky rocketing fee which actually impressed Charan and Aravind and brought him on board. We last heard that this Telugu-Kannada bilingual movie which will be directed by Surender Reddy with actor Nikhil Gowda may hit the floors in the month of December soon after Dhruva’s release.
