• 2 counts of criminal copyright infringement
• 1 count of conspiracy to commit criminal copyright infringement
• 1 count of conspiracy to commit money laundering

Earlier, the Kickass Torrents website has been totally blocked in several countries such as the UK, Ireland, Italy, Denmark, Belgium, and Malaysia. Besides seizing all the domain name sites of Kickass Torrent, the Chicago court as passed an official order to seize all the bank accounts associated with the illegal pirate website alongside the servers that were located in various countries such as Chicago, USA, and Canada.
